The session will focus on:
- Durable Powers of Attorney,
- Living Wills, and,
- Last Will and Testaments.
Issues will be related to naming agents to assist with financial transactions, how to avoid the need for Guardianships, handling medical decisions when a person is not able to make their own decisions and who will inherit your estate upon your death. The following will also be discussed: the responsibilities of the Executor, Trustee and Guardian.
