A monthly virtual trauma-informed yoga, meditation and fitness class for the queer and trans community. Classes will be focused on things like nervous system regulation, relaxing after a long day, and safe healthy joints. Your instructor Sammie is a certified yoga teacher specializing in yin yoga, chair yoga, and accessible fitness with experience in personal training qi gong, martial arts, meditation and trauma informed and gender affirming public health.
