Since 2003, the youth program at the Pride Center of New Jersey has provided a safe and welcoming space for all LGBTQ+, questioning, and allied youth 17 and younger. Life is easier when you're in good company.

When does the youth program meet?
Our core program, the Youth Drop-In, meets every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
We have other youth events, groups, and outings! Please check the calendar for more details.
How old do I have to be before I can come to the youth program?
Our core program, the Youth Drop-In, has no lower age limit. You just need to be 17 or younger.
However, some individual activities or events may be age-restricted. E.g. a teen-only night or a program for 7-12 year olds. Check on the details for any specific calendar events or email youth@pridecenter.org.
I just turned 18. Do I have to leave the youth program?
Are you still in high school? You can remain in the youth program as a regular attendee until your high school graduation.
Do you want to stay with us past graduation? Consider becoming an adult volunteer! Email youth@pridecenter.org for information on volunteering.
Is there a fee to participate?
There is no mandatory fee to participate in our core program, the Youth Drop-In, though there is a suggested donation of $3-5. Please do not let financial constraints deter you from coming to the Youth Drop-In; you are welcome here with or without a donation.
Some offsite programming or special events may have a fee or admission cost. See the calendar for details or email youth@pridecenter.org.
Are there any virtual events?
No. At this time, the Pride Center youth program does not offer any virtual events or programs.

Youth Drop-In
The Youth Drop-In is our core program for LGBTQ+, questioning, and allied youth ages 17 and younger. Drop in every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 1-4pm for support, fun, snacks, and new friends. Special Youth Drop-In days may include guest speakers, social events, movies, and more.
Roll With Pride
Join an epic adventure in 5th edition Dungeons & Dragons! Youth 17 and under are invited to make new friends, build characters, embark on quests, and work together in a collaborative roleplaying experience!
-Newcomers and veteran dungeoneers welcome
-Players may join at any point in the adventure and are not obligated to attend each session
-Limit 6 players per week but any youth beyond this number can hang out and reserve a spot in the next session
-Placement priority given to email registration
-Maximum players subject to expand as program grows
-Snacks provided
-All necessary supplies provided
